Controller, Oil and Gas
Our client, a mid-sized oil and gas company, is looking for a CPA to become their next Controller. If you have strong oil and gas experiences and are looking for your next career opportunity, this could be an ideal position for you.
Job Duties
- Supervision of accounting team
- Preparation of monthly financial statements
- Preparation of annual budgets and forecasts
- GST returns and other tax work
- Development of accounting policies and procedures
Requirements
- CPA designation
- 5-10 years of related experiences
- Oil and gas experiences
Compensation
- Salary range of $120,000 - $140,000
- Annual bonus target

Office Admin
We are currently hiring a service driven Office Admin – Shop/Fleet to work the Surrey shop.
The Position
- Receiving and posting all invoices and credits to work orders
- Allocating PO numbers for service/work orders and stock
- Updating and setting up new units for truck, trailer and forklifts in the system
- Running the PM services and opening work orders for the services/CVI
- Filing for the truck/trailer/forklift/power walkers
- Print and check work orders for Surrey mechanics – time and parts used
The successful candidate must
- Have previous clerical experience, specifically data entry and filing
- Previous experience in the transportation industry and an AS400 system is an asset, but not required
- Must have time management skills, organization skills and be able to work in a team
